From a broken home to a busted ankle to a book launch, each step has mattered!

If you subscribed on Ascending Logic this is my updated Integrating Brilliance Blog associated with that. This blog is part of my Quintascension Soul Coaching website, hence the source. My 5-Key Masterclass became the framework for the journey taken in the book SPIRALING UP. I did not realize at first that my book, my coaching program (Quintascension) and my oracle dice (QUBES) were all connected, I was just creating them, but they are one. They were all born from the awareness that curiosity of self inspires the connection, love for self resonates love beyond us, clarity of self creates your world and if you listen, you can hear the answers you need most within.

My Spiral Up journey has taken me to a place that my 8-year old self imagined, writing a book. As of my birthday this year, my words were in print and they carry the hope that others will connect with the stories and shared wisdoms I have attempted to impart. The plan for this blog is to share moments in life that showcase the integration of the wisdoms revealed in my own Spiral Up journey and how you can apply them to yours…. such as this.

I am embracing a new role in life… Hi, I am Terra and I am an Author.

I am thrilled to introduce my first book, newly released and ready to read. It is perfectly imperfect and I couldn’t be more proud of this accomplishment.

This book is my story, though I am not the character within it. It is told in the most fantastical way, the way I connected to myself on the healing journey I have experienced since the death of my husband, my business and my Culinary career. Through grief, I followed the YES’s to magical places and they offered me awareness that guided every step. If not for the choices I made I would not be as I am today, and if not for the guidance I absorbed along the way I would not have known the possibility of those choices even existed.

That is my intention for this book; to show you that possibilities exist if you allow them. We are often our biggest barriers and it takes introspection to begin to evaluate them. SPIRALING UP is a path of ease and awareness, curiosity and compassion, gratitude and giggles. SPIRALING UP starts by looking within and connecting to those qualities (and more) in yourself, for yourself. Once connected, learning how to move through the world and all it offers from that perspective begins. Can you imagine living that version of yourself? Even if you can’t, I’m here to tell you it exists and believing that is enough to start.
